For many people, fear is simply the result of a particular memory stubbornly holding onto a fear emotion and it’s a relatively straightforward thing to resolve. Often a client’s phobia is quite debilitating for them by the time they come to see me and helping people overcome that phobia and reclaim that part of their life is very rewarding.

What Is Hypnotherapy?

Many people think hypnotherapy is like stage hypnosis. It is not. Hypnotherapists practice hypnotherapy and combine hypnosis + therapy for therapeutic advantage, whilst stage hypnotists are performers that combine hypnosis + illusion to create the impression of control for entertainment purposes.

We’ll use Zoom for this 50-minute consultation. You’ll tell me about your fears or phobias & we’ll discuss your symptoms, the problem, the root cause & the solution. I’ll explain how hypnotherapy works & I’ll dispel a few myths. You’ll see how it works.

How Does Hypnotherapy Remove Fears & Phobias?

Many fears or phobias are resolved relatively easily by identifying and removing an offending emotion from a problematic memory. If this memory is ever triggered again it will be safely recalled without a phobic response, just like any other memory.

The initial 50-minute Discovery Session costs £10 and subsequent sessions are £90 each.
